Young Professionals (YP) are very important in the O&G industry. They're our future. In the session of YP Luncheon, our section invited Irfan Taufik Rau and Arasy Az Zariat to speak their learning journey. The session was moderated by Truly Pinanti Sastra.

We had a fruitful session with discussions on the performance driver among young professionals, the concept of work-life balance, personal and professional goals, and the importance of the supporting environment (friends, colleagues, societies). It also covered the value of volunteering for society as part of their continuous learning journey.
