Inspiring talk by SPE Women in Energy (WIN) and Young Professional (YP) aims to promote gender and age diversity in the upstream oil and gas industry by attracting, retaining, and engaging women and young professionals (<35 years) within SPE organization.
The vision is to empower women to realize their full potential in the oil and gas industry and support young professionals' careers to develop their personal and professional skills. This session is a virtual talk sharing knowledge from WIN and YP members to give inspiration and motivation to all oil and gas professionals not to forget to contribute to society.
