2019 PRMS Training

The Petroleum Resources System (PRMS) is the system design to support asset management by developed the consistent and reliable definition, classification and estimation of hydrocarbon resources. PRMS is provided and internationally accepted standard to evaluate the data for estimate recoverable quantities in classify/categorize by project, forecast production and cash flow. In worldwide, PRMS is implicitly or explicitly referenced for Security Regulators, Oil and Gas Company, Financial and Government Reporting.

Last year, PRMS Training was held at Pertamina Hulu Mahakam Office. The training was occupied for two days and attended by 30 participants coming from cities in Indonesia. The farthest participant was coming from Banda Aceh. With all materials delivered by Mr. Doug Peacock, an expert in reserves topic from GCA,  all participants curiously asking many questions.

This year, PRMS Training is planned to be held again. The rationale is to give the knowledge and update regarding the standard method in Petroleum Resources Management System (PRMS) to help the professional and company to evaluate and manage the resource and data to get the best decision and result.
